International legal practice, Osborne Clarke has advised PizzaExpress Limited on its acquisition of leading gourmet pizza delivery company, Firezza Holdings Limited.

The acquisition means that PizzaExpress Limited gains the entire share capital of Firezza Holdings Limited, as well as its 17 sites across London and the South of England.

The Osborne Clarke team that advised on the transaction was led by Partner Paul Cooper, who was assisted by Partner Erika Jupe and Associate Directors Matthew Bodfield and Michael O’Haire.
