Osborne Clarke advises on the sale of TH_NK

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the sellers of digital agency TH_NK on its sale to EPAM Systems, a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and software development services.

Ranked as one of the Top 100 Digital Agencies in the UK, the acquisition of TH_NK will strengthen EPAM’s digital and organizational consulting capabilities in the UK and Western European markets. It will also enhance the company’s global product and design offerings. TH_NK, founded in 2004, will become a part of EPAM’s fast growing Consulting and Digital Engagement Practices.

TH_NK is longstanding client of Osborne Clarke. A team led by corporate Partner Chris King advised on the transaction. Chris was supported by corporate Senior Associate Akshay Agrawal and Senior Associates Homyar Pahlan and Samuel Marriot who advised on tax and incentives respectively.
