Osborne Clarke advised NUI Cosmetics on a deal with Judith Williams, a participant in the German TV show "Die Höhle der Löwen”. Williams receives 40% of the NUI Cosmetics brand for EUR 250,000.
Osborne Clarke's team led by Robin Eyben (Corporate / M & A) consisted of Dana Alpar, Max Vocke (both Corporate / M & A) and Jens Wrede (Tax).
"With a strong partner like Judith Williams and her team at our side, we now have the opportunity to continue to grow strategically, to expand our product range and to open up new target groups," says Swantje van Uehm, founder and CEO of NUI COSMETICS.
NUI Cosmetics aims to combine lifestyle and sustainability in one brand. According to its own statements, NUI completely dispenses all artificial colors, synthetic fragrances, silicones, parabens, phthalates, carmine and is gluten-free. With Williams as an investor, NUI COSMETICS wants to present the company to a broad customer base on additional sales channels in the future. NUI Cosmetics is established as a D2C brand in e-commerce and cosmetics retailers and is known on social media primarily for the modern, stylish presentation of its innovative products.
