Osborne Clarke advised the seller and reinvestor Megrani S.r.l., in the context of Eurizon Capital SGR's majority investment in Germani S.p.A., an Italian company active in the sector of road transport solutions, mainly in the field of waste management (industrial and urban) and other highly complex product categories and in the intermodal waste transport sector.
In particular, Osborne Clarke assisted the seller and reinvestor Megrani S.r.l., a company headed by Cav. Mauro Ferrari, in all phases of the transaction, with a team led by partner Riccardo Roversi, assisted by associates Alberto Passera and Myriam Ambrosio, junior associate Matteo Tracanella and trainee Gaia Lagrasta.
