International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised medical education agency, Lucid Group Communications on an £11M investment from LDC, who have taken a minority stake in the business. This investment will help Lucid to continue investing in the infrastructure of the business, expanding its international presence and its digital and creative capabilities.

With expertise in therapeutic areas such as oncology, immunology, diabetes, cardiology, neurology and rare diseases, Lucid is recognised as a leader in medical education. Its innovative work has led to consistent industry recognition, including winning Medical Education Consultancy of the Year at the Communique Awards three years running. The company has offices in Beaconsfield, London and New York. Its clients include many of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies.
