The Osborne Clarke team in Sweden has advised Logical Clocks on its €5.0m Series A equity financing round led by Industrifonden. Logical Clocks is data company that builds Hopsworks, the world’s first Enterprise Feature Store for Machine Learning.
With offices in Stockholm, London and Palo Alto, Logical Clocks has set out to make AI and machine learning easy for every company, providing tools for data scientists and engineers to manage features and develop/deploy models in production. The raised capital will be used to expand the company’s commercial operations and footprint, particularly in the US market. Industrifonden is a leading early stage venture capital fund based in Sweden with over SEK 7 billion in managed assets.
