Osborne Clarke advises Just Eat on City Pantry acquisition

Osborne Clarke has completed its first instruction for Just Eat plc, advising on the acquisition of City Pantry Limited.

City Pantry, founded in 2014, is Europe’s leading B2B catering marketplace, linking caterers and restaurants with corporate customers providing food for their employees or clients. The business currently helps feed more than 120,000 people at 1000 corporate customers every month.

The Osborne Clarke team was led by corporate Partner Edward Persse, who was supported by corporate associates John Jarvis and Annie Nelson. Luolan Dong and Dan Sharman advised on tax matters.
