Osborne Clarke has advised Highland Europe on its investment in Modulr, a payments as a service platform for digital businesses.
Modulr has raised £18.9m (€22m) in funding to develop its platform and expand into new product areas and markets. The funding round was led by European Growth Capital firm, Highland Europe.
The Osborne Clarke team that advised Highland Europe on the investment was led by Partner Robert Wood (corporate) and Associate Josephine Healy (corporate) and included Legal Director Clare Burman (regulatory).
