Osborne Clarke advised Greenyard Fresh Germany GmbH on the sale of its fruit wholesale distribution centre in Freiburg im Breisgau to Frischebrüder GmbH and Heizmann Immobilienverwaltung GmbH by way of an asset deal. From 1 August 2019, Frischebrüder GmbH will continue to operate the distribution centre under its own name.
