Espe S.p.A., a company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market and active in the renewable energy sector, has completed the acquisition of the entire share capital of Permatech S.r.l., a company active in the development of photovoltaic, agrovoltaic and BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) projects.  

Osborne Clarke, with a team led by partner Riccardo Roversi, assisted by associate Myriam Ambrosio, advised Espe on all the contractual and corporate aspects of the transaction, including aspects relating to the subscription of the reserved capital increase.

With the acquisition, Espe will expand its business, offering an integrated service from design to turnkey installation, and strengthen its expertise in authorisation processes for large-scale photovoltaic plants, optimising development times and improving operational efficiency. This strategic step will allow Espe to better respond to customer needs, consolidating its position in the renewable energy market.
