Osborne Clarke advised EE on the procurement and contract terms of the deal, which included discussions with the Home Office and other Lot Service providers. The deal means that from mid-2017 300,000 critical emergency workers will have access to 4G voice and data services on the EE network.

The Osborne Clarke team that advised on the project was led by Partner Simon Hancock and Senior Associate Eleanor Locke, who were assisted by Partners Jon Fell and Catherine Wolfenden.
