Osborne Clarke advises Doctolib in the merger by incorporation of Vettore Rinascimento

Osborne Clarke, with a team comprising partner Pietro Scianna, head of the employment law practice, and senior lawyer Hana Akaike, assisted Doctolib, a leading provider of services for healthcare professionals and patients, in the merger transaction leading to the incorporation of Vettore Rinascimento.

The team provided assistance in all phases of the merger process and, in particular, in those relating to the consultation with trade unions pursuant to art. 47 of Law 428/1990.

The merger, effective from 1 July 2023, follows Doctolib's acquisition of Vettore Rinascimento, announced in September last year.
