Osborne Clarke has advised DTCP (Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners) on an investment in Pipedrive Inc. The investment brings Pipedrive’s Series C round to a total of USD 60 million. This  follows on from a mid-June consortium which  invested USD 50 million in the software start-up.

DTCP is an Investment Management Group and manages USD 1.6 billion and more than 60 portfolio companies o n behalf oft he Deutsche Telekom and other insitutional investors. DTCP offers venture and growth capital, special situation investments and strategic advice for technology, as well as media and telecommunication firms. DTCP invests in the US, throughout Europe and Israel.

Pipedrive develops and distributes a cloud-based software for customer relationship management (CRM). It delivers users visibility and control over a sales pipeline and helps to complete sales procedures. Its aim is to enable constant sales closures for customers. The software start-up also offers a service featuring workflow automation including team management, reporting and security.

An Osborne Clarke team led by Corporate and Venture Capital Partner Nicolas Gabrysch advised DTCP on the investment.

Osborne Clarke regularly advises DTCP on transactions, most recently on the investment in Fornova.
