International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Deutsche Telekom Capital Partners (DTCP) on its investment in Signavio. The investment round was led by Apax Digital, the growth equity team of Apax Partners. The total amount was USD 177 million.
DTCP is an investment management group of Deutsche Telekom and other investors, with approximately USD 1.7 billion in assets and a portfolio of over 60 companies. The group provides venture and growth capital, private equity investment and advisory services to the technology, media and telecommunications sectors with a focus on Europe, the US and Israel. The investment in Signavio comes from DTCP Venture and Growth Fund II, which focuses on promoting SaaS companies as they move into their next growth phase.

The Berlin-based company focuses on digital transformation, operational excellence and customer focus. Signavio already offers its solutions worldwide through its subsidiaries in the USA, Great Britain, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Singapore and Australia.
An Osborne Clarke team led by corporate and venture capital Partner Nicolas Gabrysch advised DTCP on the investment.
