Osborne Clarke has advised Deutsche Anlagen-Leasing GmbH & Co. KG (DAL) on the project finance for the construction of the SDE+ funded project Zonnepark Broekstraat with a capacity of 19MWp in the Gelderland region.
Dutch developer Prowind B.V., the initiator of Zonnepark Broekstraat and part of German Prowind Group, has designed a landscaping around the solar project in consultation with local residents in Klarenbeek. The solar farm shall be ready for operation by mid-2021 and produce sustainable energy for around 5,000 households. The construction is scheduled during the 1st quarter of 2021. Financial close was achieved in October (see also the Prowind press release).
