Osborne Clarke has advised Deutsche Anlagen-Leasing GmbH & Co. KG (DAL) on the project finance for the construction of the SDE+ funded project Zonnepark Broekstraat with a capacity of 19MWp in the Gelderland region.
Dutch developer Prowind B.V., the initiator of Zonnepark Broekstraat and part of German Prowind Group, has designed a landscaping around the solar project in consultation with local residents in Klarenbeek. The solar farm shall be ready for operation by mid-2021 and produce sustainable energy for around 5,000 households. The construction is scheduled during the 1st quarter of 2021.
