"We were very grateful for the insight and engagement from the OC team. It is so important to have the right players on the pitch that can help navigate tricky conversations without losing the goodwill that has been built up with a buyer. OC gave us the necessary bandwidth, intellect and support to be able to have those conversations and to make the right decisions that will stand us in good stead as we join forces with Brillio."
