International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised leading independent consultancy Cloud Optics on its acquisition by Livingstone Technologies Limited. The acquisition is part of Carlyle Group's ongoing investment in the Livingstone Group, one of the world’s leading independent IT Asset Management (ITAM) consultants.
Providing cloud and software license consulting services, Cloud Optics’ lifecycle services align with the Livingstone Group, which support global organisations in the public and private sectors procure and govern their IT estate effectively based on trustworthy data and intelligence.
