Osborne Clarke has advised Cargo One GmbH on a seed financing round. Point Nine Capital, Creandum and Lufthansa Cargo invested 3.2 million dollars in the young logistics company.
Cargo One GmbH was founded in August 2017 in Berlin by the entrepreneurs Moritz Claussen, Oliver Neumann and Mike Rötges. The company develops SaaS platforms for the booking and commercialization of air freight. cargo.one is the first of its kind and concentrates exclusively on offering and booking of dynamic spot rates. The team also included Sophie Hoffmann, Sara Kasparczyk (both venture capital), Sebastian Hack (competition law), Konstantin Site (IP law), Nora Hendricks-Wirtz, Sylvia Wörz (both employment law) and Christian Woger (IT/data security law).
