International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised its long-standing marketing and sales capabilities consultancy client The Brand Learning Group on its acquisition by Accenture.

This strategic and innovative transaction is the latest in a significant line of M&A projects that Osborne Clarke has advised on in the burgeoning consultancy and strategic communications and design sectors.

Apart from working with the leadership of The Brand Learning Group, Osborne Clarke has previously advised the shareholders of both Fjord and the Karma Group on their mergers with Accenture.

The Osborne Clarke team that advised on the sale of The Brand Learning Group was led by corporate Partners Tim Birt and Mathias Loertscher who were supported by corporate Associate Akshay Agrawal as well as tax Partner Tracey Wright and incentives Partner Michael Carter.
