International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised BookingBug Limited, a leading appointment and scheduling platform, on its $13.4 million Series C fundraising round from PeakSpan Capital and Downing Ventures.
This funding round saw BookingBug’s first investment from a US fund. The new capital will be used to build on the business' rapid growth - BookingBug was recognised by Deloitte as one of Europe’s fastest growing technology companies in 2017 (Fast 500 EMEA).
BookingBug is a valued and longstanding client of Osborne Clarke with the team having previously advised on the company's Series B fundraising round.
