Osborne Clarke advised Armonia Group S.r.l., a company specialising in integrated warehouse logistics and food packaging for third parties, in the acquisition of 100% of Teklog S.r.l., a leading operator in integrated logistics and transport in the fashion and e-commerce sectors. The firm also advised Armonia in negotiating the financial documents relating to the structured loan - granted by Banco BPM S.p.A. - supporting the transaction.
Through this acquisition, Armonia aims to consolidate its presence in the integrated logistics market in Northern Italy while expanding its business sectors and entering the transport sector. As part of the transaction, Armonia, 96.5% controlled by Mirco Serafino (Chairman), Pier Paolo Quaranta (Managing Director) and Filippo Belmondo, involved in the shareholding the management team of Teklog Alberto Passero and Alberto Rolandi, the architects of the company's growth and positive results in recent years.
