The Statuto group, owner of some of the most prestigious luxury hotels in Italy and Europe, has acquired the Caesar Augustus hotel in Capri, the only five-star hotel on the island with 56 rooms and suites, from the Signorini family.
Osborne Clarke advised the Signorini family with a team led by partner Federico Ferrara, assisted by associate Myriam Ambrosio for corporate aspects, and by partners Pietro Scianna and Claudio Grisanti, respectively for labour and tax matters. Giliberti Triscornia e Associati also assisted the Signorini family.
