Continued expansion in Stockholm with appointment of Nimrod Badur, previously Head of Real Estate at Two Birds.
International legal practice Osborne Clarke announces further promotions in Sweden and appoints real estate experts Nimrod Badur, Partner and Tanja Tuominen, Associate.
Previously Head of Real Estate at Bird & Bird, Nimrod specialises in commercial real estate covering real estate transactions, infrastructure projects, sale and lease back transactions, joint ventures, development projects, commercial tenancy law, as well as construction and commercial contracts law. He regularly manages complex projects for domestic and international clients, dealing with both day-to-day matters and large transactions.
Joining as an Associate and also from Two Birds, Tanja advises clients on real estate transactions and matters relating to tenancy law and construction projects. She brings valuable experience in handling matters relating to professional indemnity with specific expertise on liability issues relating to construction projects.
This announcement follows on from the appointments of Mikael Moreira and Kim Bergman, both joining from Synch, at the beginning of October and forms part of the business’s strategy to strengthen and consolidate its international presence; Osborne Clarke now has 25 offices in the major European and Asian economies and the US.
