Caroline Gregson appointed the new OC Gender Champion

Caroline Gregson has been appointed the new OC Gender Champion and will lead the Gender strand of our diversity strategy and take a seat on the Diversity Champions Forum. We are very pleased to welcome her into the role. 

Caroline said: "I'm delighted to have been appointed to this role. I am excited to be working with the rest of the OC Gender team towards implementing initiatives to achieve our goals, and honoured to be able to contribute to the wider Diversity Champions Forum".
