Osborne Clarke is pleased to announce the promotion to partner of Antonio Fugaldi.
Antonio Fugaldi assists financial intermediaries, manufacturing, financial and real estate companies in financing transactions in Italy and abroad, and in particular in real estate finance, acquisition finance and project finance transactions as well as in debt restructurings. He has also advised Italian and international banks on structured finance deals.
In Osborne Clarke since 2017, Antonio previously worked in K&L Gates and Linklaters.
