OC Queen Street is pleased to announce the appointment of Ralph Lim as Director and Head of its Corporate and M&A practice.
Previously a director in a leading Singaporean firm, Ralph has 20 years of experience in advising clients on corporate and commercial matters. His portfolio includes public and private mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, rights issues, placements, equity fund raising, and private equity and venture capital fund investments.
Ralph is consistently recognised as a market leading corporate and M&A lawyer. He is ranked a band 2 leading individual by Chambers Asia-Pacific 2016 and Chambers Global 2015, recommended lawyer by The Asia Pacific Legal 500 – 2016 and market leading lawyer by AsiaLaw. For the past three consecutive years, he was endorsed by Best Lawyers International: Singapore for M&A and Private Equity matters and is ranked leading lawyer by IFLR1000.
Ralph joins OC Queen Street from a leading Singapore law firm, where he co-headed the merger and acquisition practice and handled many high-profile matters.
