Alessandro Villa promoted to partnership

Alessandro Villa has been made up to partnership with effect from the start of the year.

This is the first internal promotion to partnership following several years of lateral hires, and highlights the attention dedicated by the firm to the professional development of its lawyers.

Alessandro, expert in extraordinary M&A transactions, commercial corporate and restructuring law, has worked with the firm for several years during which he has honed his skills and accrued experience and business acumen so as to make him a reliable point of reference for both clients and colleagues.

Thanks to his client experience, Alessandro will take on the role of Sector leader for the Transport & Automotive sector, and with this promotion the total number of partners in Italy  reaches 20, out of a total of approximately 72 professionals.
