International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the selling shareholders of Ludlow Wealth Management (including Mobeus Equity Partners) on the sale of the company to Mattioli Woods plc.
The shareholders have agreed to sell Ludlow Wealth Management, the North West-based financial advice business, to Mattioli Woods plc, subject to regulatory approval and completion of a share placing by Mattioli Woods. Mattioli Woods is an AIM-listed provider of advice on wealth management and employee benefits that is acquiring Ludlow as part of its ambitious growth plans within the wealth management sector.
