Zoe is an Associate in the Employment team at Osborne Clarke.

She advises on a wide range of employment matters including  discrimination, redundancy, disciplinary and grievance issues, TUPE and employment-related data privacy issues (as a member of the firm’s ‘GDPR for HR’ team).

Zoe drafts and negotiates employment documentation such as contracts, policies and settlement agreements and advises on the employment law issues that arise from corporate transactions. She also manages cases in the Employment Tribunal and has co-ordinated cross jurisdictional projects for a number of clients.

She has a particular interest in working with clients in the Life Sciences and Technology, Media and Communication sectors. 

Zoe qualified in September 2021 having joined Osborne Clarke as a trainee solicitor in 2019.  Zoe is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
