Yazmin Adrissi

Yazmin is an Associate in our Commercial team, based in Bristol.

She acts for clients on a broad range of commercial matters, primarily across our Technology, Media and Communications and Retail and Consumer sectors. Yazmin's practice incorporates both transactional and advisory work.

She works with clients on negotiating and advising on commercial transactions, which includes technology and telecoms contracts, procurement contracts and supply chain contracts in addition to advising on data protection, regulatory compliance and commercial support for corporate transactions.

Yazmin joined Osborne Clarke as one of the firm's first trailblazing Solicitor Apprentices in 2018 on our Solicitor Apprenticeship programme. She qualified as an Associate in September 2024.
