Yasmin is an Australian-qualified Associate in our Projects team. She specialises in project finance, and corporate and commercial advice to clients in the renewable and low-carbon energy sectors.

Having worked in energy and infrastructure for years, both in-house and in private practice, Yasmin brings a breadth of industry knowledge and experience. She has acted for sponsors, funders and energy suppliers on a range of significant projects across the UK, Europe and Africa.

Velindre Cancer Centre

Advised the Kajima, Abrdn and Sacyr on their successful bid for the VCC MIM Project, through to financial close and into the delivery phase. The project won “Best Healthcare Project” at the 2025 Partnerships Awards.
