Violette is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team in Brussels.
She specialises in corporate law, including mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, public offerings and corporate lending. Violette has recently assisted companies in sale or acquisition processes and loan financings. She regularly assists companies in raising funds from public or private investors and in updating their articles of association and shareholders' agreements.
Violette holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Liege and an LLM in International Law from the University of Edinburgh. Before joining Osborne Clarke, she gained experience at a leading Luxembourg law firm.
