Víctor Paz

Víctor works in the Energy and Utilities team. He provides legal advice to industrial clients and investment funds - foreign and domestic - on all kinds of regulatory and commercial matters related to the energy and infrastructure sector, covering renewables, cogeneration, BESS and gas.

With a cross-disciplinary approach, he specialises in both corporate transactions - mergers and acquisitions, financing, industry-specific contracts - and legal issues arising from project development and energy transition.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in June 2024, Víctor has developed his professional career in international firms specialised in the energy sector.

A graduate in Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, he holds a LLM in Energy Law from the Club Español de la Energía along with a LLM in International Law from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE). He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
