Vicki Yeoman

As an Associate Director in our Real Estate team, Vicki advises on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, forward fundings, lettings, pre-lettings and management of commercial and mixed use properties (with a particular focus on logistics and industrial). She regularly leads complex, high value portfolio transactions.

For real estate investors, Vicki manages asset management deals, working closely with all parties to efficiently complete transactions in a proactive way.

With regards to development matters, Vicki has recently acted on the £20 million acquisition and finance of land for a residential led mixed used scheme and acting for the developer on the forward funding and pre-let of 1.3 million sq. ft of logistics warehousing, offices, sport and recreation facilities.

Vicki is known for her proactive and client-focused approach. She prioritises clear communication, strategic planning, and meticulous attention to detail in all her transactions.

Vicki Yeoman joined Osborne Clarke in 2022, bringing with her over a decade of experience.
