She advises on the preparation of compliance documentation, in accordance with Italian legislation for Italian companies and permanent establishments, as well as on the preparation of economic analyses aimed at testing the market value of intra-group transactions and the margins achieved through comparison with similar transactions carried out by third party businesses.

Verbena has also gained experience in complex business restructuring transactions, transfers of intangible assets, establishment of Italian permanent establishments and start-ups, with a particular focus on the tax impacts generated by these transactions on the multinational group's business model. Her expertise spans multiple sectors and business models.

She also assists clients - Italian companies belonging to multinational groups - subject to tax audits, in dealing with the tax authorities.
