Vaidehi is an Associate in our Restructuring & Insolvency Group. She specialises in non-contentious transactional and restructuring work and has a broad range of experience in domestic and cross-border insolvencies.
Vaidehi provides strategic advice to various stakeholders, including lenders, and creditors on security and enforcement strategy; insolvency practitioners and companies on accelerated M&A processes and directors on their duties and contingency planning in distressed scenarios. She has advised on a wide range of sectors, including real estate and infrastructure, retail and financial services.
She qualified in 2022 and joined Osborne Clarke in March 2024 from the London office of an international law firm.
