Uday advises companies, entrepreneurs and investors that are forming, financing and scaling disruptive, high-growth technology and life sciences businesses.
He supports clients on a broad range of corporate matters through every stage of the corporate life cycle. His work has a particular focus on the FinTech, HealthTech, ClimateTech and Enterprise Software sectors.
Uday has also been a speaker at various UK technology-focused accelerator programmes and venture capital training workshops. He is recommended by Legal500 for UK venture capital transactions and serves as a mentor for Climate Mosaic and BackedVC.
In his free time, Uday is active in promoting diversity, equity and inclusion, ESG and sustainable investment practices in the venture capital ecosystem. He is a Scholar of the Newton Venture Program, an investor training executive program co-run by LocalGlobe VC and London Business School.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Uday was a venture capital associate at another technology-focused law firm, and before that, a legal counsel and investment analyst at a global consumer focused corporate venture capital fund.
