Having joined Osborne Clarke in 2019 from a Magic Circle law firm, Tom is a commercial outsourcing and information technology specialist, as well as a member of Osborne Clarke's AI and machine learning team.
Tom's practice covers all aspects of commercial, data protection, IP and technology work. He regularly advises on the terms of large-scale commercial contracts relating to the outsourcing and procurement of complex services and the creation and licensing of technology products.
Tom has also advised several clients on the use and implementation of machine learning systems, and on the liability issues around deployment of AI within the UK.
