Tom is a Partner in Osborne Clarke's commercial team, focusing on digital regulation, e-commerce and consumer law.
Tom provides commercial and regulatory advice on issues that affect online and digital businesses, including digital regulation, privacy and technology. He also regularly advises on the launch and compliance of consumer facing platforms and digital services across multiple jurisdictions. Tom has particular expertise in the games industry, and leads Osborne Clarke's Games & Interactive Entertainment practice.
Tom has advised on and been passionate about media and technology throughout his entire career. His previous in-house experience includes working in the BBC’s media litigation team, and being Head of Television Broadcasting at Phonographic Performance Limited. Before becoming a lawyer, Tom worked in the music industry for many years.
