Toby sits in our M&A origination team facilitating sell-side processes on behalf of growing owner-managed businesses in the UK mid-market. Toby advises founders looking at taking on external investment or seeking a strategic sale for the first time.
He works alongside the firm's Corporate lawyers, focusing primarily, but not exclusively, on companies within the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
Prior to joining Osborne Clarke Toby worked for a corporate finance advisory firm in their M&A team, where he helped advise private companies on primary capital events, ranging from debt raises through to sales to strategic buyers.
