Tim Schultze advises clients on all aspects of real estate law, with a particular focus on public construction law.
He advises our clients in the context of planning and developing new real estate projects or assists in modifying and adapting existing real estate. In this regard, he advises on all aspects of public law, whereby clients benefit in particular from his expertise in the field of public construction law.
Furthermore, he assists and supports in all real estate transaction.
After already working as a research assistant in real estate in Hamburg in 2017 and 2018, Tim joined Osborne Clarke as a lawyer in 2021.
Tim studied at the University of Greifswald and completed his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg, including stations at the German Embassy in Bangkok and in the real estate practice group of a reputable commercial law firm in Hamburg.
