Tim joined Osborne Clarke in the summer of 2011 from another major UK practice.
He has over twenty-five years’ experience in the real estate sector, having acted for a range of clients including property developers, companies, investors and funds, house builders, banks, charities and private individuals in the acquisition, development, and sale of commercial property.
Tim has developed a particular expertise in development transactions (commercial and residential) and has recently been involved in several large mixed use regeneration schemes.
His key clients include: Siemens plc, Barratt London, Canal & River Trust and M&G UK Shared Ownership Limited.
