Stuart Miller

Stuart is an Associate Director in equity capital markets team. He has advised on a broad range of corporate matters with a focus on equity capital markets, public takeovers and private M&A.
He works across several sectors but has particular experience in the Financial Services sector, as well as Tech, Media and Comms, Retail and Consumer and Life Sciences. He works with listed client, institutions, corporate finance houses and private companies, both nationally and internationally.
Stuart has experience advising on IPOs and secondary listings for AIM and Main Market companies on the London Stock Exchange as well as advising on public takeovers and private M&A.
He has also spent time as in-house legal counsel with Investec Bank plc. Prior to qualifying, Stuart spent five years with Maples Group in the Cayman Islands and Dubai.
As part of my practice, I regularly support clients to meet their transformational goals. I have helped clients to raise funds to support their decarbonisation journey and to grow and develop products to support the world's transition to a low carbon future. I have also worked with clients to achieve their digitalisation strategy, including advising them in relation to strategic tech investments and M&A.
