Sophie Myatt

Sophie is an Associate in our Employment team based in the London office. She has experience working on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, frequently with an international element.

Sophie regularly drafts and negotiates a range of employment documentation, including contracts and settlement agreements, often in the context of a corporate transaction. She also has experience advising on issues arising from unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing, including assisting in defending claims of the same in the Employment Tribunal. Sophie also has experience advising clients in the Workforce Solutions sector.

Sophie studied Law (LLB) at the University of Bristol, before going on to complete the Legal Practice Course and LLM in Commercial Law at BPP Law School. She joined the firm as a trainee in 2022 and qualified as an Associate in 2024. Sophie is a member of the Employment Lawyer's Association.
