Siubhan is a Senior Associate in Osborne Clarke's Commercial Disputes team. Her work has a particular focus on high-value litigation on behalf of professional services businesses, including competition / cartel damages claims, professional negligence actions, contractual claims and high-profile public procurement disputes.

With wide-ranging commercial disputes experience, Siubhan regularly works with large professional and financial services clients on high-value litigation across multiple sectors.

Siubhan is a member of Osborne Clarke's international competition litigation team, and has expertise in competition cartel damages claims, having acted for the claimants in follow-on damages claims in relation to the LCD and CRT cartels.

Acting for the claimant in a challenge to the Ministry of Justice's procurement for a contract to clean and repair courts and tribunal buildings

Granville Technology Group (LCD cartel)

Acting for insolvent computer manufacturers in high value Commercial Court claims relating to losses arising from the international LCD monitor panel cartel.  The claim involves international defendants and complex conflicts of laws issues as well as competition law issues
