Siobhan Murphy

Siobhan is a Senior Associate in our Employment team. She provides commercial advice on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

In the contentious sphere, Siobhan has considerable experience in dealing with employment tribunal litigation, particularly in relation to claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.

Siobhan also provides advice on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and regularly advises clients on the day-to-day and broader issues faced by employers, including performance, disciplinary and grievance procedures, TUPE transfers and redundancy processes.

She has particular interests in the Tech, Media and Comms, Retail and Consumer, and Financial Services sectors.

Siobhan is an active member of the Employment Lawyers Association (UK).
