Simon Budge

Simon is an Associate Director in the Projects team, specialising in construction and engineering procurement.

He advises clients in relation to the construction and operation of commercial and residential buildings and energy generating assets.

He provides procurement, contract preparation and contract operation advice to clients across a number of industry sectors including commercial development, residential development and energy.

He has experience in negotiating, drafting and advising on the full range of construction and engineering documentation, including construction contracts (both bespoke and industry standard forms), consultant documentation, framework and term contracts, development agreements and other bespoke project and infrastructure agreements together with the full range of related security documents.

Simon qualified as a lawyer in 2009 and joined Osborne Clarke in 2015.
