Having joined Osborne Clarke's tax team in April 2018, Silvia provides legal advice on tax matters to individuals and corporations.
In particular, she advices domestic and multinational groups on corporate taxation as well as individuals on personal taxation in the field of international mobility. Additionally, she focuses on indirect taxation on domestic and cross-border transactions.
Silvia studied at ESADE Business & Law School, Barcelona, graduating in Law in 2016, after completing part of her studies at Indiana University - Maurer School of Law. In 2017 she obtained a dual master's degree in Tax Consultancy and Management and Legal Practice from the same University.
Silvia is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
