Shauna Poole has dedicated four years to the Corporate team at Osborne Clarke LLP. Initially joining as a paralegal in 2021, she was promoted to Senior Paralegal in 2023. With the firm sponsoring her SQE studies, she successfully qualified in June 2024 and subsequently earned a promotion to Associate. Throughout her tenure, Shauna has gained extensive experience in M&A deals, working on both sell-side and buy-side transactions. Additionally, she has been involved in numerous corporate real estate transactions, including joint ventures and development projects.
