Seraina Kokkinos represents clients in civil and commercial disputes with a focus on international commercial arbitration and cross-border litigation.
She advises on all kinds of civil and commercial law matters, including contractual as well as tort claims. Seraina helps clients develop strategies in and out of court at an early stage in order to enforce or defend their claims.
She has represented clients in several cartel-damage litigations with a special focus on class actions. She has also advised in several disputes in the energy and IT industry and has particular experience in product liability law.
Seraina grew up in Athens (Greece) and Zurich (Switzerland). Before joining Osborne Clarke in May 2017, Seraina studied law at the University of Freiburg and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from King’s College London. During her legal traineeship, she worked at the German Federal Foreign Office and in international law firms in Berlin and London.
She is a member of DIS40, ASA below 40, ICC YAF and the German-Swiss Lawyers Association (DSJV).
